Tsuge is a good izakaya in Shimokitazawa.
Their plates are good, and they have a lot of shochu and sake.
I can’t drink alcohols, but “Maneki-Neko (lucky cat)” shochu bottle was very cute!
The bottle was huge, friendly waiter told me it’s like a lucky charm for them, they buy it on every new year to pray for the prosperity of the shop and happiness.
They gave us special 20th anniversary Tenugui when we’re leaving. I like this round fan pattern.
