My friend and I went to Ginza Kimuraya restaurant for a dinner.
We had ‘Ginza stew’ which was very popular menu at the restaurant.
Two large blocks of cheek meats of Japanese black beef were cooked in the stew.
We got a surprise about the meat tenderness of the cheek meats. They melted in our mouth so quick.
Also, we were able to have a variety of their breads as much as we wanted.
We enjoyed their very good breads with the stew to look out of the large window next to us.
