Little Twin Stars ART BOOK

Little Twin Stars characters born in the year of 1975, so this year is their 40th anniversary.
The lovely official and memorial art book was published in this January.

It contains a lot of Kiki and Lala’s cute art, interview with their original designer, small reissued filed mag, old-time products, or many more contents.

I especially love the interview of their mom-designer, like how they were born from the first sketches.

Kiki and Lala are one of my best friends all the time. I love them more when I finished reading the art book.

ESPRIT Dior #2

Dior’s craftsmen gave us demonstrations of their work at ESPRIT Dior.

The process of making ‘Miss Dior’ handbag was really interesting. I thought it was not efficient work, but very unique ways.

Hermes Leather Forever

I went to the exhibition Hermes Leather Forever. It was surprising this exhibition entrance fee was free and you could visit other permanent exhibitions of Tokyo National Museum by this ticket only.

We could study about their proud leathers from our five senses – using sight, smell, touch and hearing of many kind of high-grade leathers, and their history and historical masterpieces.

Latest mt pop-up shop is at mAAch ecute, 4 minutes walk from Akihabara Station.
The shop was renovated old abandoned viaduct. There was a station named Manseibashi.
The old brick place is really unique and beautiful. Some of limited version of mt washi tapes designed from the inspirations of this building.

And around this building, there’s many sightseeing places. I got a mt tape of well-known things around Kanda, Ochanomizu or Akihabara. Especially I love how they designs Akihabara old-style electric signboards and Japanese style curry rice.

CITIZEN “LIGHT is TIME” 2

We could see CITIZEN’s historical and latest wrist watches on the other side of the installation art exhibition of “LIGHT is TIME”.

I love some of these, especially beautiful cutting-glass watch, “Exceed Eco-Drive Collection Saphir”. It’s almost looks like as a bangle with a shining big precious stone. And more, no need to ready batteries because of the technology of Eco-Drive.

I like latest kii series too, but I do hope they would re-product the Collection Saphir in the near future.
